1. The device receives an instruction to replace the filter element from the device and replaces the filter element after confirming that the system has stopped running;

 

2. Prepare suitable filter cartridges in advance (paying attention to their specifications, materials, sizes, models, etc.), as well as auxiliary facilities such as disassembly tools, collection buckets, and cloths;

 

3. Firstly, thoroughly clean the housing of the filter and leave a designated area for operation;

 

4. Disconnect the filter that needs to be replaced from the system and slowly open the exhaust port at the top of the filter to relieve pressure;

 

5. Empty the material from the filter, use a specialized tool to open the filter cover and remove the filter element, and then install the filter element in a plastic bag;

 

6. Clean the inside of the filter thoroughly with clean tools and a cloth;

 

7. Open the plastic bag at the open end of the filter element and check if the O-ring is intact;

 

8. Install according to the method of flowing in from the outside and flowing out from the inside of the filter element;

 

9. Use a specialized wetting agent to moisten the O-ring and the socket of the filter cartridge seat, hold one end of the filter cartridge O-ring, insert the filter cartridge socket vertically into the socket of the filter cartridge seat, remove the packaging bag of the filter cartridge after insertion, and then tighten the filter with a tool;

 

10. Close the drain port of the filter and open the vent valve at the top of the casing to allow the material to enter the casing;

 

11. Open the outlet valve of the filter until it is fully opened, indicating that the replacement is complete;

 

12. Afterwards, clean up the tools and cleaning supplies that have been used.
