Unlike off‑the‑shelf filters, this custom oil separator filter is manufactured to your exact dimensions, micron rating, and media specification – ensuring a perfect seal, zero bypass, and optimal oil carryover control.

The element uses advanced multi‑layer glass fiber or synthetic coalescing media to capture sub‑micron oil aerosols from the compressed air or gas stream. As the mixture flows through, tiny oil droplets coalesce into larger ones that drain back to the compressor reservoir via an integrated return port.
