The LYC-C100 Portable Oil Purifier operates through a straightforward, highly effective three-stage filtration process:

  • Stage 1 – Coarse Filtration (100μm): Contaminated oil is drawn into the unit by the gear pump through an inlet strainer that captures large debris (≥100μm), protecting the pump and downstream components from damage
  • Stage 2 – Primary Precision Filtration (10–40μm): The oil passes through the first precision filter element, where graded-depth media removes fine particulate contaminants. Filtration accuracy can be selected from 10μm, 20μm, or 40μm based on application requirements.
  • Stage 3 – Secondary Precision Filtration (3–10μm): The oil then passes through the second precision filter element for final polishing. Available in 3μm, 5μm, or 10μm, this stage delivers ultra-fine particulate removal to achieve stringent cleanliness standards.
