What is Melt Blown Filtration?

Simply put, a melt-blown filter element is a deep-layer filter medium made from ultrafine polypropylene (PP) fibers using a unique melt-blown process. Unlike traditional woven materials, these fibers are randomly and three-dimensionally stacked together to form a filter bed with a gradient pore structure. Imagine a network of countless microfibers woven together in a chaotic manner, with density increasing from the outside to the inside, effectively capturing particles of varying sizes.

How is it made?
