Pre-Sales service：
The clients choose their interested products firstly, our sales also will give professional advice according to clients real situation. Help the clients find the suitable products. If the clients have special requirement, we can also products the products customized accordingly. We provide OEM and ODM service.

On-Sale service：

Once the clients place the order, we arrange the production at once. We strictly produce according clients requirement, arrange delivery on time.

After-sales service：

Warranty time: One year for complete machine. Two years for main spare parts.

1. When loading tractor, we will delivery some normal spare part and tools for free together with tractor, including tool box.

2. When the tractor or implements have problem in warranty, pls take pictures as evidence. After make sure (the problem must not be caused by man-made destructive factors), we will send out the spare parts as free at once.

3. After the warranty, the spare parts cost is paid by customer.
